Excellent thank you

Ultimately this travel mug keeps your drinks warm. However, the top is very fiddly to open and cannot be done one handed e.g when driving. The hole on the top is also very small and tends to make an antisocial noise when drinking from it.

Great bottle, use it daily.

I ordered the Chilly 2 Maple Red and when it arrived it looked nothing like the colour online. Almost a coral pink colour. Not what I was expecting.

Lovely product. Prompt service. Tad expensive.

Excellent product and fast delivery

I love the Chillys brand and wanted to try the new design cups and bottles. They look good but in all honesty I am not sure they are worth the price. The first cup arrived with marks all over it and looked like it was used. They sent a replacement quickly - which I was happy about. However - the cup is already discoloured around the rim. The top isn’t easy to use - although they say it gets easier to open with time. This may be true - but by then the colour will be totally faded. I don’t expect something used all of the time to remain perfect - but for the cost I would expect it to last longer than this. The colour on the image also doesn’t match the actual colour of the product. So all in all - it’s decent, but I don’t think is worth the money.

Good bottle and works really well, it has two down sides though, it is really expensive for what it is and the second point is on the ring and cap. when you unscrew the cap, the ring loosens too, so i am constantly loosening and tightening the cap and ring every time i want a drink , it is really annoying.

I've only given 4stars because this was a gift for a sister-in-law. I've not seen the item or been given any feedback other than 'it's lovely' when opening. However if the older series of the coffee cups are anything to go by then I'm sure it's fab. I have two of the older ones so can't justify a third as they are too amazing at their job! :)
